Had booked travel ticket to chandigarh for 23 oct but devloped slip disc on 22 Oct hence doctor advised that I cant travel hence jad to cancel tickets.For a ticket costing 12500 I only got 1500 rs back.awhopping 11000 penalry for a issue I had no control over.
I told them i dont want money back please transfer it for one week later they said for that I should pay 3850 per ticket so for me and my wife 7700 INR plus difference in prices.this is Roberry.

They are the biggest thieves.there are many people like me wgo are suffering at Jets hand
