I had ordered vide order number 15531014015 an air fryer. The order shipped by a bluedart courier. Order reached at cuttack location on 10th oct 2016 but after waiting for 5 days the delivery not happened . then i went to the courior office but they are not giving me the delivery and telling me that they can't find the product. As the product is prepaid i tried to contact the snapdeal company but their customer care number is so ridiculous that you can only get IVR response there is no human being who is present to assist. After waiting another 4 days i cancelled the order. Now the point is while cancelling i got one message that the refund will take 6 days. Now they don't have the customer care agent so how will i get refund and whom to complain for the same? my 4019 rupees is pending. Please help me to get rid of the cheater company.
