I bought an Insurance policy from New India Assurance Company for my Samsung Mobile SM-G935F (IMEI/ Svc No: 357327070225657) against any kind of theft or damage caused to the phone against Insurance reference No: IRN342076(Inv: 3321). As per company policy, in case of any repair, they would get the mobile repaired only from an authorized service centre, as approved by Samsung. However, when the phone was sent to them, they got it repaired from an unauthorized company, and as a result, after some time the phone was completely damaged. Since the phone was not repaired by authorised centre, Samsung company stated that they were not liable for any loss incurred. Insurance company's non professional behaviour has caused me mental stress as well as financial losses and I should be compensated for the total amount spent on this mobile, including the payment done for repair.
