Complaint Details
Had purchased the above mentioned model of the laptop. Wrote to the highest authority of Dell worldwide but they gave a very negative response. Fell cheated about the purchased piece by the dealer. Despite personally connecting with the sales head and the dealer their responses too were pathetic. Having put in a good amount of 55,000/- there is absolutely no satisfaction and am almost not using the laptop. i also feel that the dealer has given me a display piece as a new piece. The dealer did not guide me properly despite keeping in the loop when was writing to the highest authority at Dell. It is a mental trauma to me to be not able to use the laptop as was expecting the company to replace or refund. In my busy schedule tried my best and have finally taken this step to write to the consumer redressal. It is a sheer waste of my money. Having put faith in a reputed computer company. The attitude of all the concerned of the company from top to bottom is absolutely anti customer. Dell all over the world has gathered a very poor reputation vis-a-vis their customers. Have proof of my complaint to Michael Dell's office through email
