Complaint Details
I purchased my Moto G3 on 25th May, 2016 so my phone is under warranty.
I submitted my phone to repair my 2nd SIM Slot on 15th October, 2016 at Janakpuri Centre. Id: SRINES0361610150002.
11 Days passed just to repir 2nd SIM Slot and no progress till date.
I was informed my phone will ready in 1 week. Till date I am trying to follow up and I am getting standard replies like: "Server is down please call after sometime", "Please call after 3-4 days", "Part is not in stock".
I have visited 3-4 times and I need to wait for 20-30 mins even to ask status.
