Hello,
I have been trapped by the Airtel on account of 4G wifi connection using wifi router.
However I started facing connectivity 1 month after the connection. Since then I am continuously following up by reaching out to customer care several times and escalating the matter to the supervisor and nodel office level. Initially they were agreed to refund the wifi router charges as they failed to provide the connectivity. But now they are denying the refund and asking to pay the fee without providing/resolving my issue.
Please do the needful to teach the telecom service provider lesson on account of looting the consumers and not giving the proper service.
