Complaint Details
Dr Vineet Avadhani and his wife Dr. Ashwani Awadhani who run Laxmi facial and Dental Clinic at Koperkhairne, both are a big cheat . I took a dental treatment from them . For that treatment, they said to give a warranty card of 10 yrs against any damage . but after taking the payment they are saying only 5 yrs warranty will be possible that would be only conditional Warranty . In case any damage will happen to the tooth/teeth, will be repaired when you pay the extra charges for that. Infact they are not even following the 5 yrs warranty norms . They both are making me on the run in my pregnancy and asking me more money to repair the damaged tooth .
I request one and all pls do not visit such a fake and money minded doctors who use to put their patients in a big trouble and force the patients to pay more charges for their poor quality services .
I have a photo copy of 5 yr. conditional Warranty card as support doc.
