Complaint Details
I had made online payment of 460 RS for home delivery order to "BurgerKing" on 23rd October. But the order was declined by the store.
But the paid money was not returned.
Attached the screen shot of payment confirmation from burger king and order id received from mail.

On 23rd oct 2016 I calling to the mobile number 8828134399 which is mentioned on burger king website for enquiry. After calling multiple times they picked up the call
and asked me SMS my email id and name to that number(8828134399 ) to get the refund. I did send the SMS with name and email id on 23rd oct 2016 but didnt receive any refund till date.
After that I tried again to call them but they didnt pick the call.

On 25th oct 2016 I sent an email to the email id customercare@burgerking.in mentioned on burger king website for enquiries. But didnt receive any reply till date.

I am seeking a compensation from Burger King for this harassment and unprofessional behavior.
