Sir, I am here to register a complaint about a product that was delivered by the e-commerce company Amazon. The following details pertain to
Order # 402-7402214-1215502. I was misled into buying a product that was supposedly being offered at a massive discount. Please refer to the screenshot of the amazon product webpage I
have attached, as opposed to the MRP on the product I had actually received, of which also I have attached another photo. I double checked with the customer care just to make doubly
sure. And it is not a price difference of 2 or 5 rupees. The MRP was
manipulated as Rs 230, whereas it is actually just Rs 90. I have been cheated into buying this product. If it is normal shop, I can physically verify...here I have to trust what is displayed on the product webpage and what it told by the customer-care executive. It is unacceptable to me that I have pay a price for negligence and carelessness, deliberate or otherwise, in this matter. I have tried to address the matter to the customer service division of Amazon India, but they were reluctant to entertain it. Being an online retailer, there are serious limitations for a customer like me to obtain justice in this matter. I am therefor turning to your forum. Kindly request you follow up on this matter.
