Dear Customers,

I'm writing this to inform customers to not to get trapped with www.callcenterpartner.com (Odisha) for getting any BPO Projects from them.I (Gopa Kumar) and my partner (Vineeth Vijayan ) was looking for some BPO Project for our Start up online and finally ended up on a post of SEO Affliliate Project without Accuracy with NO Target/Termination in www.bpofriends.com posted by a person named Sanjeev Ray (his post link: http://bpofriends.com/profiles/blogs/seo-online-project-without-accuracy-without-termination-no-target) ,we contacted him via phone and he explained how it works and so on and at the end he told us they will create 5 accounts for us.We werent knowing that SEO Project was a SCAM one because we already know it exist online,actually they are selling a thing in the name of another category.

They are using CPA (Cost Per Action)/CPL (Cost Per Lead) Affliliate marketing site accounts in the name of SEO Project.For that Sanjeev had signed us up with SLA (Service Level Agreement) (SLA is just a show for Legality) for these 5 ID's and you know the best part? Registering in these sites are FREE !.What we or centers doing in this project is to provide our own leads i.e CPL to these site campaigns using a couple of mobile numbers and email lists where we get paid meanwhile hiding these things from the site Account manager assigned for us via Skype for queries/support.These methods where taught by a guy named Sourav Kar via Teamviewer who is the SEO Trainer mentioned by Sanjeev Ray.

He told us this project cost upto Rs 1 lakh for 5 seats (we came to know lately it was available for Rs 25,000 elsewhere),we thought it was a attractive plan and went ahead and paid Rs 80,000 to BPO Solution ICICI account which was of Shiv Shakti Sharma.Due to financial issue we couldnt pay them full amount hence they accepted our request to do that and we promised them that we will pay rest of the amount from the earnings we make from the project which Sanjeev had agreed.Later on for training and site account creation Sanjeev had arranged a person called Sourav Kar for us,we contacted him for training thereafter he taken almost a month to get atleast 1 CPA account activated which that was in Aug 2016! Actually it takes only 48 hours to get activated.Currently we hasnt received other 4 accounts despite following up with Sourav since July 2016,the worst part his phone number were not available and there is no proper response either from Skype or email,it is just dumping customers in the name of virtual BPO project.

What we know from Sanjeev, Sourav is a SEO Trainer who works between Centers and create CPA accounts for the BPO Companies (it may a fake story).When we wasnt getting proper support from Sourav,we requested Sanjeev to switch over to another trainer and finally he end up providing a guy named Naveen Choudhary (Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100006772455421) who was taking training from Sourav but that was not good for us and finally realised these guys are just a network of fishy people.As per Sanjeev, Rs 80,000 was for Sharma (these both are partners) and Rs 20,000 out of that was the commission for him so thats why he called and requested a couple of times to pay that left over money to him and Thank God we didnt do it else it will be huge loss for us but Rs80k is not a small amount.

We tried to trace these guys online,what we found Sharma is having his own identity with original photos revealed in his Facebook :(https://www.facebook.com/shivshakti.sharma.37) Whatsapp : (+917855004050) & Skype : (shivshaktisharma) but Sanjeev & Sourav Kar(Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100004860979388 Whatsapp: +919971391129 Skype: sanjeev20204) do not have any real pictures in their profiles (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sourav.kar.336?fref=ts Skype: souravauto2012 )? I wonder why they are not ready to reveal their true identity (SCAMMERS do it)? (we hasnt bother to notice that when signing up with them) It was the RED FLAG we missed out !!!

We had a talk with Sharma where he told us to use 1 account in 5 systems? Excuse me? That wasnt the deal for what we had paid for also they wanted us to create left over accounts on our own which was FREE? Sharma revealed even kid can do that ! SEE? Wouldnt we do this ourselves if it was FREE? Also its not easy to get approved in these sites as we need a good traffic blog/website for that and it will take a ton of time for getting that ranked.As per Sourav,he told us that he has connection with these CPA companies which enable him to create accounts instantly without any trouble.These guys are just making us FOOL and we cant just sit here by seeing losing our money.We have all the proof of phone recordings,SLA and Bank payment to prove what was promised from beginning and what we had received as of now from these guys as per our experience.

We tried to solve these issue by having conversation with Sanjeev possibly for replacing this same project equal to Rs 1 lakh for another as he was asking for Rs 20,000 for long time (we wanted to repay using the project earnings as we was having money issues) but he was not ready to do it nor providing REFUND and we finally understood these guys just care for money and it doesnt matter if centers earns revenue from the project provided by them.
