I have been visiting Jio store to avail jio SIM card since past 2 months (visited 9-10 times) whenever jio executive called)
I opted for port for two SIM cards two months back, completed the porting procedure successfully but company failed to port my numbers into jio network
On enquiring, company said its the flaw of the jio company to port the nos. and now it won't be done
My two coupons for availing SIM cards got wasted
Company officer said that Porting won't be possible, instead buy new SIM cards
I agreed but company is giving fake reasons of unavailibility of card,
although issuing cards to VIPs as well as Influential people
I am not getting proper response from any of the officer at Jio Company Office as well as Mini Xpress Store in Malegaon City.
They treat their customers as dogs.
Even company is distributing cards in black opting 800-1000 Rs. per SIM card, my friends have bought in black
Although they are having cards, they are not issuing it
I don't know why the company have such a pride, their network is a failed network and calls aren't connected unless u try 7-8 times, (report from users)
Company doesn't have any Courtesy and Respect for their customers.
Company is fakely advertising & promoting self but they don't have actual cards for sales..
