Ma'am/Sir, I am Lok Bandhu Yadav, an IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre. On 1st November 2016, I was travelling from Mumbai to Jaipur by Jet airways flight number 9W 0416 along with my brother in law Sh. Manoj Singh. My seat number was 36B and Manoj Singh's seat number was 36A. I was travelling with a medical condition. I just had a surgery and I had to take medicines after regular intervals. But I didn't get my luggage bag in which all of my medicines were kept. Along with medicines, it had my clothes, some official documents, sun glasses, glasses and some gifts. I am highly disappointed and saddened by the unprofessional behavior of jet staff.

Firstly, I came to Jaipur under a medical condition just to attend Chief Secretary Sir's dinner party which I could not attend because your flight was late by around two and half hours. The scheduled departure was 6:35pm but actual departure from Mumbai was around 8:50pm. So I missed Chief Secretary Sir's dinner too and couldn't take my medicines on time because my medicines were in my luggage bag. The scheduled arrival at jaipur was 8:20pm and I had taken my medicines accordingly but the flight departure from Mumbai was at 8:50pm and it arrived at jaipur at around 10:15pm. After missing the dinner party, the final blow was when I couldn't see my luggage bag even after standing near the conveyor belt for 20-25 minutes. Then I realized that there are no more bags coming on the belt. I informed the staff of jet airways and they said that all the luggage has come. I asked them to talk to the staff at Mumbai. They took half an hour to talk and said that the bag is not even in Mumbai. Meanwhile, my medical condition was worsening because I had not taken medicine from last 5-6 hours. So my brother in law Shri Manoj Singh stayed there at the airport and I rushed to a hospital. The jet staff has given Mr. Manoj Singh a yellow receipt and I am admitted in a hospital now because of the negligence and unprofessional behavior of jet airways. I demand that my luggage bag should be returned to me as soon as possible with all my medicines, prescriptions and belongings or I am will have to file a complaint at higher levels of the DGCA/civil aviation ministry. I also demand that my whole money for this trip should be reimbursed along with my brother in law's ticket also. I also demand that send me my bag tomorrow morning or by afternoon or otherwise I will have to file a complaint against Jet airways at the highest levels. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Today I have a high level meeting in the secretariat and my file/documents are also in that bag. Please trace my bag as soon as possible and return it to me immediately. I called the customer care several times but the replies are very lame. There was one contact number given to me to contact regarding my lost luggage, which is switched off from morning. Kindly provide me my bag as soon as possible.
