Complaint Details
I registered a complaint for my faulty AC on 18th October,2016. Within 2 days, a technician visited and told me that the compressor was faulty and will be fixed in the next 3 days. I called him after 3 days, but he didn't come. I tried contacting his manager but he kept on delaying my complaint stating that the spare parts hadn't arrived. It has been 12 days since he has been delaying my complaint, he is not answering me properly. I need you to look into the matter. My AC is in the warranty period.
