Complaint Details
The company is notable to provide up to the mark machine as we purchased a paper bag forming machine senior 3 model from them. They made false statement that it's a fully automatic machine where it is not as it requires a lot of labour work. The printer is not an online printer it's a flexographic .
The raw materials as promise d was not supplied in that state and time .
There has always been delay in everything.
The person sent for installation and demo was himself not able to run the machine.
C form refund amount is still not been repay even after one month of presentation of C Form
