Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to raise a complaint against on dot couriers. I had sent my shipment on 10th october 2016 through one of their franchises named "ayush express, uttam nagar, new-delhi-110059".

I had some important documents to be sent for registry and bank accounts but still they haven't delivered my documents. They have provided me a very pathetic service and my important work has been delayed due to them. It has been around two weeks but still the document is not delivered.

I was surprised to see the tracking details today as i see the courier still is in kolkata since 13th october and hasen't reached its destination.

Now somehow i managed to get the contact details of the inroute Courier agents from Kolkata , Burdwan and Andal. And yestderday i found out that it has been stuck in Andal.

When i called this person named Mukesh who runs "Maruti Couriers" then at first he denied that he has not got any parcel. Then again when i called him after sometime to this person named Mukesh he was very rude and said that he wont hand over my courier until and unless we offer him money. Moreover during the conversation he used slang languages. I request you Sir/mam that please help me get my parcel back so that i can ship it with a different courier. Moreover i think that my parcel will be tampered because the behaviour of the courier person was very suspicous.
