my eureka forbes water purifier (model- pearl) has an AMC (No. 26129598) valid from 22.06.2016 to 21.06.2018. The purifier went out of order in end of July, 2016. Since then, I made a number of complaints to the company but till date, the purifier has not been repaired. the details of complaint booking numbers are - 1.- 0089218596 dated 15.09.2016, 2. - 0089352816 dated 23.09.2016 and 3. 0089598815 dated 07.10.2016. I am sorry to say that the company only wants to make money by selling AMC and then not responding to the consumer's calls. Attached is a copy of the AMC.
