Complaint Details
Phone given for display repair, then it was given back to us only to be checked. It was found that the phone sensor was not working properly so we gave the phone back to them at their suggestion and after 3 days the store returned a phone with two cracks on the sensor and the phone not working. They had already taken the money from us and refused to compensate for their mistake. The amount taken was Rs. 6,200. For nothing.
