We had raised a request for reactivation of our old ACT which discontinued 3 yrs back 2013 March (all bills cleared) in order to resume internet at my house when we returned to BLR. ACT offered us a 6 month advance payment plan for which they charged as 8000rs approx.
Now without giving us connection for last 15 days they have already generated the invoice for the same. They also claim rental amount as balance on apr 2013 when we had already vacated in MArch. Several calls have been made to their customer care center but in vain. We need our money back and also additional money of 5000Rs. for all the mental agony and calls that we have had.
