I am Ramchandra Chavan, (8898861550) Parijat Co-op Hsg. Soc. No. 3, Room No. 8, New Shivaji Colony Road, Kolsewadi, Kalyan (East)-421306. I want to complaint for Motorola mobile company and services center, I submitted my Motorola Moto X Play handset (IMEI no.-358967063744104) on 27th sept. 2016 at Motorola Service Center, New Tech Solution, 211, Vardhaman Market, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703 and after the one and half month i getting unsatisfied reasons regarding mobile repairing status i.e. we haven’t received your part, our system is down, after a month our whole system is upgraded so we are not able to update status and so on. So I complained regarding this to Motorola Customer Care on 1800 102 2344 but when I called them they just forwarding telephone calls to other stating that issue already escalated to the higher authority and we do not have any information and replied me to wait. Till date both service center and customer care continue to giving me next date . I want my money back or mobile replacement.
