I have Purchased a Samsung S7 Mobile Handset on Sunday, 23rd October 2016, the mobile initially it had a network issue but within first 7 days of usage it has heating and battery drainage issues too. the heating of the handset is soo high that the person cannot touch the phone which can lead to a blast and may cause a risk to the life of self and my family members.
Due to festive season the customer service center of samsung was closed on Sunday i.e. 30th October and Tuesday 1st November, I have deposited the phone with Croma on Tuesday, 1st November 2016.
Now the Samsung Customer Service Center is asking me as the handset was not submitted to thier office within the specified period as per thier terms i need to repair the mobile as some parts of the handset is faulty and no replacement can be available.
I have requested samsung for Replacement with a new handset which is denied.
