Complaint Details
We were totally cheated by Indo European Consultancy Hyd/Delhi. They deceived us like ......Though we requested many times to apply for Sapienza University of Rome, hopeless people were not able to process the admission application for my son. But, said " it has been applied".

In spite of asking several times for the screenshot of application and the status of application, no answer from the consultancy. After a long gap they have sent a fake screenshot by editing. By that we had doubt and we raised our concern by escalating the situation to higher level but they maintained silence.

Moreover, this consultancy's admission department without informing us, have applied for non concerned course of subjects in unwanted University. And asked us many times to confirm those admission and pay the fee for it. we don't understand what kind of links with that university.

We denied it whenever we were asked for it and we went on asking for results (with screen shot) of Sapienza University. But no answer, after so many days, on our several pinging, they said 'results have not yet come'. And the same answer whenever we ask them (its took more than 3 months).

At last, there is no way to answer anything, they said that "University rejected those who have not completed their degree yet". How could they lie senseless. For admission into MS, No University in the world rejects/refuses the students who are pursuing the final semester of bachelor degree.

We asked them to provide the same status with screenshot bur they are not able to show the screenshot of the university result. And also we asked them to provide us the ID & Password of e-mail which was created by them while processing the application of my son. So that we can go through and find out whatever, but they could not able to do so because its clear that they could not process the application and giving silly answers.

Passing all through this, any one can understand that this consultancy is fraud and cheating innocent students and their parents by collecting huge amounts which are unauthorized charges. And destroying students career plans with false promises and very poor service. Which are all crime.

Because of this consultancy, my son lost a year of study . And this consultancy is totally responsible for it.

All e-mail conversations, attachments, fake screenshot and Hyderabad Payment Receipt are with us.

Moreover, one of this consultancy employees confesses the same and we have the conversation too.

Therefore, we have 100% rights to demand for our amount back along with compensation amount for the same.

And we want to save others from falling into their trap as well as gather other victims also.

This consultancy used to give buildups as if their consultancy is great. Its all their business tactics through paper & media adds. Even in the websites they themselves post positive reviews on other's names and all. But we should not believe all those.

We came to know later on, whereas some other consultancies are giving their best at free of cost for processing and on allotment of the admission only they will take some nominal/reasonable charges.

Local branch persons are used to gather the students with their marketing skills & false promises. And collecting huge charges at 1st day itself. Apart from this they can not do anything. And they say 'remaining things will be taken care by our head office people' who are useless.
