Complaint Details
We have made repeated complaints regarding servicing of our Aquaguard RO system, which was due from Aug 20, 2016. Contract receipt no. 10 25182600, registered mobile no. 9310758435 and 011-43634117.
We had bought the purifier on 19.08.2015 with two years service contract valid from 20.08.2015 to 19.08.2017. It is clearly mentioned in the service contract that there would be yearly replacement of consumables like pre-filter candle, sediment filter, pre carbon, post carbon & membrane. However, instead of being contacted from Eureka Forbes on the expiry of one year, we had to lodge several complaints in this regard, with no result yet. First complaint was made on 28.09.2016, followed by complaints on 01.10.2016, 05.10.2016, 17.10.2016 and 05.11.2016 on the centralised no. 39883333.
We have been informed that the local service centre RKS Services, Amarpali Apt, I.P. Extn., Patparganj, Delhi-92 has closed down, due to which the parts are not available.
There are other centres too in the area, however, none of which are providing the parts for servicing in our area.
Is this the service standard to be expected from an organization like Eureka Forbes? Rather than providing the service on your own, there isn't any action even on the complaints that have been made. An email was sent to cfbpoffice@gmail.com on 05.11.2016.
Looking for an early resolution to this seemingly interminable problem.
