Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that i have availed a motor Policy No ITG/82220122 via Proposal No P5915653 dt 30/4/2016. for Car Honda Brio from IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd.
I had a Car Accident on 14 Oct 2016. And the Car was given to Repair to Dream Honda the Authorised Dealer of Honda at Udhna,Surat.
In the Policy i have also taken addition Cover for Bio-fuel Kit.- CNG
During the Inspection of Vehicle the Surveyor found that there was a nozel damaged which was the part of CNG Kit Fitting. So the replacement
cost was negligible as per the Quote Received from CNG Authorised Dealer- Khodiyar Motors at Unn Surat.
There after all the repairs we completed at Dream Honda Except the CNG Fittings. And the Car was in Running Condition on Petrol.
When i have approached to CNG Station for the Nozel Fitting to get the CNG kit functional. They have Found that there was a Break Down in the
Fuel Injector Pipe going into the Manifold of Engine. And the now the CNG Dealer has Quoted me the Repair/ replacement Cost of Apx Rs 5000-6000.
The Broken Pipe was Clearly Identified lying over the engine, which was not disclosed intentionally to avoid additional Claim.
Then on having Conversation with the Surveyor he replied that he has already Settled Down the Claim and Completed the Delivery Order So Nothing
Can be done additionally to Revised in the Claim.
