Complaint Details
I had sent an email on the 5th of Oct 2016 to disconnect and Discontinue my Tikona Internet service having user id: 1116059567 with IMMEDIATE EFFECT as my billing renewal date was 7th of Oct and also I hadn't used their internet service post 3rd Oct 2016.
Request no 1-4346132326 of the initial email sent.

I had also mentioned to Please DONOT RENEW ON 7TH OCT 2016 as I will not entertain any extra amount on the bill other from 7th of October 2016.

To my surprise I still recd a bill for the same. I sent number of emails post that on the same trail mail. I also called twice to the customer support on their toll free number.

I spoke to Tikona customer support rep Miss. Subhalakshmi on 13th Oct and she confirmed I will be liable to pay only the amount UpTo 6th Oct and she also confirmed I hadn't used the net since 3rd Oct.

On 22nd Oct when I received another sms stating my bill is overdue, I got furious.

I spoke to the below Tikona Rep immediately on the 22nd Oct.
Rep. name: Ali Sayed
Call Ref no: 1-4362017598

Mr. Ali Sayed had confirmed that I will not be liable to pay the amount of Rs. 455.02/- of the bill amount which was wrongly charged.

Now I am recv a bill which increased from Rs. 455 to Rs. 485.34.

I need you to please take an action on this bogus company.
