Hi,
It’s been 40 days now but till date I did not received any solution after many discussion over phone and email against my claim id 2377059. My name is Kamaljit Kaur a customer of eBay. I am suffering a lot because of the negligent work from their support team. I have called several time to their toll free number .18002093229, also to their Grievance Office no . 8066743260 and sent emails as well to their grievance email id DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com in order to settle my claim but till dated no solution .
I was intended to buy the Apple iPhone 6 Plus - 16 GB - Silver - Smartphone ( 162175043132 ) as per their display on 27-Sep-2016, so I bought it on the same day but when I received the product on 08-Oct-16, I found the below discrepancies against what I had ordered.
1) Mobile is locked sim card is not working and these unlocked fees is 5-6 thousand whose price was Rs. 39,999.00
.
I raised already the guaranty Claim on the same day 10/10/2016 attaching both the print screen and the images of the product
I contact and mails to ebay team and their grievance maximum time no one help me
Team Please help and assist as soon as possible. I am running out of time & patience.
