Complaint Details
My inverter AC which is 18 month after purchase got a PCB complaint and from the company the service person came and took and defected part and Mr Radhakrishnan and his boss Mr Murugan promised me that the defected piece is not available with the company and they are planning for replacing the product through their buy back policy.

When a product is sold in the market,for minimum of 5 years the company is liable to do the service and also to do a replacement for the defected part.

But in my case even after 18 months of purchase the company is not having the part and now the contact person Mr Radhakrishnan and Mr Harikrishnan is not taking my call or responding to my call.

They are totally cheating me.

By today 60 days passed after my first complaint went to Voltas through Ref Number 16082503872.
