Dear Sir/Mam,
I had made a complaint with Le eco costumer care regarding non functionality of my tv on November 1st 2016. No action had been taken for the following two weeks. After repeatedly calling there costumer service centre i was assigned theTech Visit request no 1933175. The technician visited my house on 7th November 2016. He identified the problem and told us that he will raise the issue with the company regarding the change of spares or change of entire TV and i will get a call from them the following day. Its been a week since this instance has happened and no call has been received from their end. Despite calling them again and again for the past week i have not received any help from their side. I would like to raise my complaint in the consumer court regarding the inefficiency and the trouble which this company has caused me for the past 2 weeks. I am attaching the payment receipt for your reference.
