Dear Sir,
As we know Samsung is one of the renowned companies in the whole world. So we are using most of the Samsung products (TV, FRIDGE, WASHING MACHINE, MOBILES etc) & referring the same to our friends & family as well. But the king of issue we are facing regarding after sales services are very poor. So we are in two minds now whether to check the other products that is available in this competitive market.
I am using SAMSUNG LED TV model number UA32D5900VR since last 5 yrs. But now I am facing problem so I have raised complaint on 22nd October 2016 regarding this issue. For this they have given the complaint number 4224092998 dated 24th October 2016. Regarding this your service engineer visited on 26th October 2016 as checked by him he told us to change the motherboard. We agreed to do the same.
But after that there was no response from neither the customer care people nor the service engineer.
1st Complaint 4224092998 Raised – 22nd October 2016
1nd Complaint Force Closed – 01 November 2016
2nd Complaint 4224727964 again Raised – 01 November 2016
Till date no action has been taken on this.
09th November service engineer visited with mother board, but still issue not resolved.
After continuous follow up every day we again came to know they have closed the complaint raised on 22nd October 2016 & new complaint was registered without any intimation from your side. The new complaint number is 4224727964 dated 01 November 2016. After that we have only one received a call from service engineer Mr. Sharad (Mob No. - 7709160361) confirming the issue. Then again after continuous follow up we have received a call on 03rd November 2016 stating that you’re Samsung parts (mother board & brackets) are available now & will be done by 3rd or 4th November 2016. But till date we haven’t received a single response from customer care nor the service engineer. Every day we are calling regarding our issue but till date nothing has been done. For any ambiguity you can check my calls made to customer care people & service engineer from my alternate number 9890231504.
Again regarding this your service engineer visited on 09th November 2016 to repair that TV but after replacing the MOTHER BOARD also the rebooting issue was still not resolved. I request you to kindly do the needful on this as from the response of the service engineer I doubt that he is still not clear about the problem.
So I request you to do the needful as soon as possible on this long outstanding issue.
