This issue is regarding dongle #9884094174 (vodafone) which I am using for past 4years.
1. I have been contacting vodafone regarding network related issue which I am facing since december 2015, but tillnow I didnt get a proper response.
2. I have been contacting vodafone to help me to make use of the un-used data packs which I have not consumed, but no proper response. In one of my request I have received an commitment saying that unused data packs will be added to my account and I can use it, still its not done yet.
3. Instead of support and service, I have been getting email or calls regarding payment only.
4. I have clear history regarding payments, but they never treat as a valuable customer few months before they sent legal notice and got a threaten from layer as I delayed payment., I delayed since there is no proper support from their end.,
5. Since you are my last hope requesting you to provide me a solution.
During September, I raised a complaint against vodafone via http://consumerhelpline.gov.in,later got a call from the team they agreed to give a wavier for the balance 700 rupees and in addition to that they said they top-up the 12GB data which I havent used during that month. (Still I paid for more than 3-4 months without any usage for that they agreed for 1month alone). Again issue is not solved, instead of non-coverage/usage location they checked at my old location and request me to do use it. There also more issue, I have emails the details in a detailed way but no response. They cheated finally.
Raised many concern to their customer support and relation ship managers, still issue not been fixed and proper solution not been provided yet. Getting calls and emails only regarding the monthly bill charge delay. How can a person will do the payment for the non-usage device or number.
I am physically challenged, but amready to come and meet you at any time in order to meet for a direct complaint against this issue.Please read the attached emails for more reference which I sent to vodafone regarding the issue, still I havenot received any update. Can I raise a complaint against them in consumer court? Requesting you to help me in this issue.
