Hi,
This is regarding our stay (me, my wife and my 5 months daughter) at villa no. 516 at Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat and Spa near Lonavala, Mumbai (India) on 31st october 2016 which was booked in my name "Deepak kumar kanodia"
I am writing this as what i have experienced during my stay
1. Thermocol was falling inside the villa and i complained two times but only once the housekeeping came and second time did not came
2. Service is so slow that any food order comes after 1 hour
3. Inside the villa in living room, the door of electrical was open (Please see attachment). HOW IRRESPONSIBLE COULD SOMEONE BE. IT COULD A NIGHTMARE FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILD, IF ANY ACCIDENT CAN OCCUR
4. Service at restaurant too was not good.
5. Light in villa went off atleast 12 times during our stay. Even light went off 2 times during our dinner at restaurant. Light came within 2 minutes, but such 5 star hotel should have very hard backup that a customer should not feel that light had gone
6. Quality of rooms was pathetic (Please see attachment).
7. While we were departing from hotel, 1 box per villa were supposed to be handed over from hotel, that too was not handed over. When one of my other customer intervened, then staff started saying sorry and then we got boxes.
We pay hard earned money to pay bomb at these 5 star paces so that we could enjoy the leisre form hustle bustle city life and this is what we get.
I will surely appreciate if any senior person look into my matter and revert
