My washing machine model is IFB digital SX 6kg. It is a front load machine and the door is broken. So I raised a complaint on 22nd October 2016 and the complaint# is 1103808524. The technician came on 26th October 2016 and told that he will order the door immediately and promised that the issue will be resolved by 29th October, but after that no response from him. So I called the customer care and then they told that they will check with the service center. I didn't get any response after that and kept calling the customer care multiple times and got the same reply, being frustrated with the same reply I asked the customer care representative to connect the call to the next level for escalation on 03-11-2016, then they connected the call to the supervisor by name called Suman Singh, she promised me that it will be resolved by 07-11-2016. I waited till 07-11-2016 and then as usual response, so called the customer care again and Spoke to another Supervisor by name Sathish, he then again promised that the spare part is already in transit and the issue will be resolved 100% by 10-11-2016. I waited till 10-11-2016, no response so again spoke to Sathish, this time he told that he escalated the issue to the service center Branch Manager Rahul and Rahul promised that the spare part is already shipped and the issue will be resolved by 12-11-2016 or max by 14-Nov-2016. I waited till yesterday as usual no response from them, so called Sathish again, this time one more supervisor by name Vinodh assured me that the the issue will be fixed today by 10.30 AM on 15-Nov-2016, however no response till now.
When I checked in this forum looks like lot of people are already facing the problem and without knowing this, I have been patiently with the poor customer service team. I think these people are very poor at customer service and never bothered to improve it. When I bought my machine, LG washing machine was available at that time, but I went for IFB just because of the brand name for which I am paying a lot now. Hoping that posting in this forum will definitely help me.
