Hi,
After so much disappointment writing this mail, We purchase insurance policy to protect our assets but its seems like insurance company just want to earn money by selling policy once policy sold they don't care about customer. During the time of purchase they never talk about terms & condition or negative points they will show you only benefits to sale the policy. But when you will go for claim they will teach you terms & condition applied to you only for them there is no terms & condition. They rejected my claim by saying you have tried to repair your mobile at some other place which I accepted by saying that I went to authorised Samsung gallery to check my mobile whether it is repairable or not. I have Samsung mobile is there anything wrong to go & checked my mobile from Samsung service centre. Other part is that eventhough they have rejected the claim on 26th Oct 2016 I received the mail & according I should get back my mobile with in 7 days but its 16th Nov 2016 I have not received my mobile. When I call customer today same thing they repeating with in 7 days you will receive your mobile. I already called 5-6 times to customer care before that. Request to take some against such practises & I want compensate for such delay & loss. Also they are deducting 500 INR for such kind of service I want waiver of that.
