Complaint Details
I purchased Geyser on 18th Oct 2016 having order id: 16082808199 from Snapdeal. After delivery i checked that holder (metal plate) was missing then this i have posted on snapdeal and i got reply that it will come in installation.
After two days i got message for free installation for this geyser and after lots of trouble installer guy came on 05th Nov 2016. But he told me that Holder comes with Geyser not with installer guys. And after that i started to communicate with Snapdeal and he asked for some time and then i allowed that time which he asked. Also i talked with seller but he is also not responding and even not picking my call. And now still snapdeal is saying it will take more time, more time and so on. Also snapdeal is misleading me as he always asking order id while he knows that why i am following him.
