I had purchased 3 Ava products from the Chennai Airport on 24th Sep and the Hottech Round Wrist Band (Product Code: 3195) didnt have a touch feature to my satisfaction. I returned the product at the Ava Shop in Chennai Airport on Oct 9th to Mr. Sankar (Mob: 9790335888) and he asked me to talk to customer care and request for a refund or any other alternate product of my choice.
I have been trying to reach the customer care multiple times but in vain all the while wherein i am kept on hold for 30 mins or above and never attended. On Nov 10th, 2016 luckily, i got to speak to one of Ava's customer care executives (T3003 - Rahul Tiwari) and he was very rude on the phone stating that nothing can be done about this and that no refund or alternate product can be provided. I was very very unhappy with this level of customer service and need your immediate attention to this. I am not at all happy with the features of the Wristwatch product and would like to pick some other product which is priced the same or i can pay up the difference, if it is priced higher. But Ava is not helping me with options.
