sir,i am ahmed iqbal ,using act fibernet ,from last three years,in ordinary plan costing Rs 1040 ,but the speed was slow and can use only 50 GB, later that is last year i went for higher plan called act increidible, providing 100mbps speed,and can use 150 GB,but in the bigining i was getting good speed,later very badly decreased to 5mbps then i complained to custmer care ,they use to send tecnician to rectify,but these people will not do any thing ,check up the setup ,giving many excuses like ,server is down,within tomrrow it will be alright,and the complain is closed,this is what happening from last 5 month,i been pying every month Rs 2300 ,for the speed of 5mbps instead of 100 mbps as per plan,till today i am facing the same problem,if i refuse to pay,then i get delayed for non payment and addisional Rs 200 is charged,if i am very adament in paying, after rectification of my internet service than pay more Rs 500 for reconnection,i am facing the problem till today ,please justify
