Complaint Details
On 31/10/2016 purchased 4 items vide bill no CA8949 (undergarments) On 4th Nov 2016 noticed that one item was of wrong size other 3 were of correct size. Approached Femina Lingerie for getting the correct size, the sales girl said they do no HV that size in their stock. It means intentionally they provided me the wrong small size. I returned the wrong sized item valued rs 629/- to them They prepared credit note and said if original bill is furnished to them they would have refunded the money. On 17/11/16 I again went to the shop with original bill and requested them to refund rs 629/- against the wrong supply. They flatly refused to refund the amt and insisted on purchasing any item from their shop against credit note. Since I did not want to purchase anything from them I requested them to refund the amt but they refused. Sir please help me in getting payment of rs 629 at the earliest.
