The below is the complaint I raised to Jetairways team and
The Jet Airways team is not even bothered to respond back to the mails and I am not having any option to get this issue resolved.

With reference to the above said e-ticket no please note that I had travelled form Dammam, KSA to Bangalore via Delhi on 9th June 2016.

While travelling I had carried a 40 Inch LED TV ( Make : Sony ). I was asked to pay excess baggage charge of 75 SR specially for the TV for safe handling which I had paid at Dammam Air Port.

I had collected my Luggage and TV at Delhi Airport as I was supposed to make the custom Duty payment and the Immigration check at Delhi Port.
Kindly note that our Luggage was delayed by more than 45 mins to an Hour at Delhi Air Port and the way TV was handled was not proper. I had objected and raised a issue regarding the same to your concerned authorities at the Air Port. Since there was a delay in getting the Luggage and I had to catch the next flight to Bangalore, I had to rush to the clearance and further process. I was the last person to board the Bangalore flight on that day which was due to the delay in issuing the Luggage.

After installation at Home I was getting some lines and Marks on the TV screen. Since the TV was covered under International Warrantee I raised a request to the SONY team and they came to check the same. After inspection they gave the verdict that the same is physical damage and the warrantee will not cover the Physical damages. I asked them the estimation for the replacement of the LED Screen and they quoted 23,463.00INR.

Since the same was damaged during transit, kindly organize to get the same replaced immediately.

Kindly revert back when the same shall be organized for replacement and let me know further curse of action form your side.
