Complaint Details
There was a external damage to my laptop but it was fully functional including all functions. But after the visit of hp engineer its numpad stopped working. So i went to the service station with my laptop to resolve the issue but they said sorry we cant help you now. So i registered a complaint with number 4779373721 . But now service centre is denying for replacement saying product is damaged. The numpad non functionality is only after the visit of engineer and was not before it . Also i have recording of conversation in which engineer accept that numpad non functionality was inly after visit.
