I have a internet package for 6 months for speed "upto 50 mbps". I am getting speed of only around 5 mbps. The company I-ON has denied and closed my complaint stating that my plan is for speed "upto 50 mbps" and therefore the speed of only 5 mbps as that I am getting is correct as per my plan. This is misleading by advertising speeds upto 50 mps and then providing only 5 mbps. Please note in the few times I have checked the speed is always less than 10 mbps at any time. 50 mbps is very far.

Please help.
