Complaint Details
I have been raising complaints against my broadband connection since from past 4 months. That time my modem was under warranty period and they did some temporary fix. Now, the warranty period is over. They told me that my modem is not working and ask me to buy a new modem to enjoy hassle free service. If they would have told me at very first time, they must have replace my modem. But after the warranty period, they are asking me to buy a new one. Pathetic..
