Hotels dint meet the expectation of how they were shown on the email.i had checked out from both the hotels at Wayanad and OOty with in some minutes..
no one to hear the complain at tripfactory , after a lot of discussion and arguments they agreed to refund me my money but after completing 21days no one replying on refund status... The CEO wrote email to me keeping his his employee in cc to blacklist me .. Now they are not reverting to my mails... Attached is the mail reply
