Hello Sir / Madam

This is with reference to the problem that I have with my IFB Eva Aqua washing machine purchased in July 2015. My registered mobile number is 9381922151. Machine is stopping it's wash half indicating an error message. Complain has been raised via ticket number 1101201857 dated 11th Dec 2015 and PCB board was replaced within six months of purchase. Again the problem arised and complains registered via 1101298342 dated 24th Dec 2015 but not attended and closed without proper feedback. I went out of station and returned back in June 2016 and started using the machine. Again the same problem arised and complaint has been registered via 1103066031 dated 1st Aug 2016. After examination i was advised to use voltage stabilizer which i am using till date. Again the problem arised and complain rised via 1103105589 dated 5th Aug 2016, I was advised to use tub wash to avoid such a kind of issue. Again the proble repeated and complain rised 1103158673 dated 11th Aug 2016. No proper solution was given instead was asked to replace heater and board together oance again.The complain has been closed without resolving. Again i went abroad and returned in Oct and started using the machine. Again the problem is repeated without allowing me do the washing. I raised complain via 1104061776 dated 19th Nov 2016. I was told to replace the heater and PCB board once again for which i told them can be replaced but asked them replace the machine if problem repeats again. I spoke to Mr. Praveen Raja, Area manager from IFB who agreed this is manufacturing defect.The solution given to me was to continue replacing the spares till warranty and will be needed to avail AMC which i dont think so the right way of approach that reputed concern like IFB could provide.I was told that i will get a call back when i approached Mr.Ashok, Supervisor in customer service.But i called them today with response and but informed complain has been cancelled. Still no actions taken from your side. As a customer extremely not happy choosing IFB product and suffering with no support. I request you to review the way the customers are handled and take appropriate actions.

I believe writing to you will help me to get this problem resolved.
