Complaint Details
I Had flight at 5.40 am today 26th Nov 2016 and booked ola cab on 25th Nov 2016 around 11 pm and got confirmation from ola for same. At 3.30 i.e just 10 minute before my booked time got a call from ola that the booking was cancelled from driver end and they will retry and book another cab. At 3.40 got confirmation regarding another booking. Could not reach driver and after 10 min of waiting again got the cancellation message. So instead of waiting for ola to arrange any other cab i had to book again and got the cab ride around 4.10 am, lost 30 min of my time. Reached airport late and by the time i reach the counter the gates were closed and i missed the flight. It is really painful and i had to book another flight for tonight and lost 12k because of the careless attitude of ola and its drivers.
This is really not acceptable and i will go to any extend until i get back my taxi and air ticket charges from ola. Anything apart from that is absolutely not going to please me. Had sleepless night because of these issues.
