Dear Sir, SBI Card with account no.4317541044542150 was closed following letter from SBI card division dated 21/09/2016 for zero balance and CIBIL status as NIL and written off. Afer NOC is received, repeatedly mails are sent to my residential address to make further payment, the recent one being letter with ref no. 113499230583 Dt. 29/10/2016. I tried to contact through toll free number, but it said that the network is congested. I wrote a string of mails to SBI cards division, but the issue is not resolved.
