I Sukanya saikia placed an order for 3 'Shaz Living Atlanta hanging lamps' on the 29th of october'16.After making payment online i was intimated that i shall get the delivery by the 12 of november.On not getting the delivery by the 12th i checked my order status on my fabfurnish account which informed me the product has already been delivered to me.I immediatly called the customercare to inform them about this issue.They promised me they shall look into the matter.since then i have called them innumerable times but my problem hasnt been solved.Some executives say the order has been dispatched and shall be delivered soon.Some of them say the order cannot be preocessed and the paid amount shall be refunded.But i still havent recieved any refund.I have spent countless hours calling them and negotiating the matter and thousands of rupees in phone bills.I request you to look into the matter.thank you.
