This is to inform you that on dated 8/10/16 i was booking my air ticket from Chennai to Delhi for 12/12/16 in the name of Kartik Luthra and when I paid the amt i saw the message payment unsuccessful then I tried again and next time I saw the message payment successful then I received a msg for air ticket on the mobile no . After one month when I received my bank statement I found that on the same day 2 times payments been deducted against the ticket then I have spoken with your CCE and found that due to the technical problem two ticket been made in the same name and PNR nos been given FMALWB and GGNRRN and also payment been deducted two times .
I m you regular customer and always book my ticket through net banking...this time when your payment portal was showing wrong message of payment failure I had to do the payment again ...please check the whole process and refund my amt back of Rs. 3114/-
