In Oct 2015, ICICI Bank credit card sales person had visited my office campus, Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli (Navi Mumbai) and had convinced me to go for ICICI bank credit card, which he had promised is lifetime free credit card, with joining fees also waived off. Now, in the Nov '16 statement I am aghast to find that I have been charged with Rs 575 as annual fees!! That's way unethical and calls for urgent attention to efforts of sales team to dupe/mislead your corporate customers.

Request your urgent attention to reverse the wrong charge made to my card. Furthermore, I would also like to stop services of ICICI credit card as my experience has been bitter, hence let me know the process to return the card. I wouldn't be paying this charge for the time-being, as it differs from the bank's commitment to me.
