They have there office at: 467, ground floor, Tibda House, J s s Road, Chira bazaar kalbadevi, mumbai 22. I had given them a courier to be delivered in Banglore on Sunday November 20, 2016. However, the couriers did not leave there office until Wednesday and then it reached there Banglore office on Thursday evening. when inquired on Wednesday there owner Nawal did not answer my many calls initially, later when answered at 9 pm he started abusing me for calling him so frequently and said that the courier will never be delivered and that I should come and collect the same from his mumbai office. When I called its Banglore office they said the courier will only be delivered by Saturday as they dont deliver products in all the areas on all days. While taking the service they had however promised me that the service will be rendered max by Wednesday. However, the idiots don't know how toprovidethe service or answer their customer. Request you to kindly take strict action against them and compensate me for delay and the trauma that I have gone through.
