Please treat this letter as an compliant from an Unhappy Customer WITH OLA UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES
We had booked OLA SUV well in advance for 27th November 5.45am from Mazgoan to Kalwe Raiway station CRN 465016220
We had booked SUV coz there was our family and 3 senior citizen plus 2 adult and a small kid was suppose to travel with us as there was an family function need to travel further from our separate bus to Pune
Driver named some Tiwari had came @ 5.45 am and when we came to sit in the car and told that we need to go to Kalwe, he denied as he said he had some airport pickup @ 7am
I have given the call in the call centre same time , the customer care has told the driver to take us to kalwe , but the driver did not listen
Then the driver as well as customer care person told to book another cab SUV , which was not available ??? we were loosing our time
We have requested the driver as well as customer care , second time when i called after 10mins and we were told that the booking had been cancelled???
The driver had ran away with the vehicle when my family was standing which was very much annoying and disappointed
Need proper investigation and reply & action against the event
IT WAS VERY POOR SERVICE OR NO SERVICE AT ALL FOR MY FIRST RIDE OF OLA
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OLA TO ANY ONE NEITHER I MAY NOT LIKELY TO TRAVEL
LIKELY WOULD THIS FOR NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION AS SENIOR CITIZEN AS WELL AS FAMILY SUFFERED FROM MENTAL AS WELL AS FINANCIAL LOSS
