Dear Sir/Madam,




I have ordered a MI 20000 power bank from http://www.ebazar.ninja/, but they sent me the fake product, my order id is OID258391, the link of the product is http://www.ebazar.ninja/product/mi-20000-portable-powerbank . I am already using the same product that’s why I know all the details about the product. Even the product they sent doesn’t match with the images they have shown on their website, beside that there is no packaging, warranty card & product verification code.




I received the product on 24th Nov. 2016 & when I call to their customer care (011-43482200) just after 5 minutes of receiving the product they refused to admit that the product is fake & said that they manufacture the MI products, absolute blatant lie. And after many repeated calls & emails which I sent to them they were not replying to resolve the issue. And on 26th Nov. 2016 they mailed me stating that your order has already crossed the 48 hours return policy. Therefore, it may not be possible for us to opt for a refund or replacement. This is their modus operandi to loot people’s money.




I have also registered my complaint on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ on 25th Nov. 2016. You can track it on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/track-complaint.php using my complaint no. 81553 & my mobile no. 9810012395 or my first name Sunil.

I kindly request you to help me to get the original product or at least my money from these crooks.

How rubbish is that you dn't have the license to manufacture the MI products. You people are looting people's money by selling fake products.


Let me make you very clear that you will not get away with this, either replace the fake product with original MI 20000 power bank or refund my money which is the easy way to resolve the issue
